We will allocate staff to a Participant on a regular basis to allow for predictability and provide continuous support. We will also liaise with NDIA on your behalf and help you apply for additional supports, if required.
On entry to My Ability Services, a service agreement will be developed with you, your family or advocate. This service agreement will list the schedule of supports, the responsibilities of My Ability Services and your responsibilities as a participant/participant advocate. It will also detail payments, changes to the service agreement and cancellation policy.
As an individual using our support services, you have many rights that you should be aware of. We recognise your rights and are here to support and assist you in exercising these rights and in achieving your goals.
My Ability Services has policies and procedures that are built on human rights. Where allegations of abuse, neglect, violence, exploitation or discrimination are made, My Ability Services employs a Zero Tolerance policy and NDIS Code of Conduct.
